

This particular set of changes count as part of CD Projekt Red's ongoing effort to drastically improve upon the core Cyberpunk 2077 experience, which launched in a botched state back in December 2020. Previously bothersome hair and eyebrow-related problems were also taken care of in 1.31, along with an error that saw Tech weapons emanate a blinding light after firing.


The update additionally addressed a fair few visual hiccups, one being an issue wherein roads didn't look wet after it rained. CD Projekt Red deployed the 1.31 patch for Cyberpunk 2077 last week on consoles, PC, and Stadia, unleashing a whole host of gameplay, Quest, and open-world fixes. On an RTX 3090 with over 50 mods downloaded, Cyberpunk 2077's Update 1.31 helps the first-person title look even more visually impressive.
